Research On Group Innovation Spaces Interior Design

Group Innovation Spaces has become the soil for entrepreneurs to breed creative seeds in recent years.The innovative working ways have broken down the lattices in the original traditional offices where mutual communication is absent but gathered entrepreneurs for idea exchange and collision.The social groups have been built for online and offline exchange and the communities have been created to provide life and social service.Group Innovation Spaces sprang up under the background of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,now it is expanding in big cities across the country at a rapid speed.Without exception,Shenzhen also has attracted a batch of young people to seek for entrepreneurship opportunities there.Shenzhen takes the lead in reform and opening-up.It is a prominent representative for “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.Therefore,it plays a significant role for research on the design of Group Innovation Spaces in Shenzhen.The entrepreneurs have proposed new requests for the design of Group Innovation Spaces from psychological and behavioral habits,which are the key issues of research in this paper.The paper adopts the research method including document research,field research,case study and questionnaire survey.Taking SimplyWork in Shenzhen as an example,the paper has done the research on the design of Group Innovation Spaces.Firstly,it concludes the related concepts for Group Innovation Spaces through document research and then interpret the clients' psychological and behavioral demand for Group Innovation Spaces.It also has done research on entrepreneurs' psychological and behavioral habits through questionnaire survey and field research.And at last,it takes SimplyWork as example and analyzes the current situation of Group Innovation Spaces.It demonstrates its overall layout,the design of over-all layout,each function zones,fa?ade,atmosphere creation and concludes its design principle.Then the improvement strategies are proposed to improve the current design.The paper proposes the design principle and method of Group Innovation Spaces.It is expected to provide lesson and reference for the design of Shenzhen Group Innovation Spaces in the future.
