In the manufacturing process of the motor,the rotor manufacturing requires a high degree of coaxiality in the machining process,and at the same time there are some high requirements on the machining accuracy of the rotor.In the face of the current processing methods of some small and medium-sized enterprises,there is an automated processing equipment that is necessary to be studied to improve the existing processing methods and improve the manufacturing precision and manufacturing efficiency of the motor rotor manufacturing process.First of all,through understanding the manufacturing process of the electronic rotor,the processing steps are necessary to be determined and it needed to be studied and reconstructed.According to the actual production line,a design scheme for the motor rotor silicon steel sheet finishing machine is made,and then the various mechanisms of the finishing machine are studied and analyzed.First described the movement mechanism and the respective processing machine finishing machine rotor silicon steel,introduced some design principles in accordance with the movement of parts of the processing machine.Then the theory of static analysis and the method of static analysis are described.The key components in the finishing machine are analyzed by static analysis software and the analysis results are obtained.In the motor rotor silicon steel sheet finishing machine is composed of many species,in the design process need to be based on different circumstances related to the design,in the finishing machine research,the performance of the shutdown key components will have an important impact on the finishing machine movement.The static analysis of the results obtained,the fatigue life based on the theoretical analysis and analysis of the static analysis component further fatigue life,fatigue life resulting member.The determination results obtained two design performance member,and mechanically optimized proposed fuzzy optimization according to the performance design of the part.The fuzzy optimization method is based on an optimization method that is a large number of fuzzy information in the initial stage of structural design.After introducing the fuzzy optimization theory and optimization method,the appropriate fuzzy optimization method is selected,and then the optimization principle and optimization method are used.To construct a suitable target optimization mathematical model,and then calculate the optimization result.Using the optimized data,experiments were performed on the original design and optimized design parts,and the experimental results in these cases were compared and analyzed to check the optimization results.
