| Speed integration gear is a new type of gear mechanism,which is meshed with cylindrical gears and non-circular face gears and can achieve speed integration transmission.The gear pair combines the characteristics of non-circular gears,cylindrical gears and face gears and breaks through the structural limits of the traditional non-circular gear pairs,which could simplify the structure and save the space.In addition,it can be produced in large number by traditional generating cutting tools and existing machine tools and be widely used in the fields of instruments,robots and aircrafts with special requirements for quality and space.According to the principle that the two gear pitch curves are pure rolling in the gear transmission process,space pitch curve equations of non-circular face gear and cylindrical gear are deduced.Then base on the meshing theory of spatial gear,the tooth surface equation enveloped by standard gear of non circular face gear is established,and the parametric design method of the noncircular face gear is proposed on the basis of gear machining principle,with the undercutting,tip-cutting and tooth width discussed.Based on gear mesh theory,considering the angle error,intersected axis error and axis shift error,the coordinates of the point contact and the contact model of tooth surface is established,then an analysis of distribution characteristics of the contact path is made and the influence of the assembly error and pitch curve change on the point contact trace of the teeth is discussed.According to the theory of space geometry,the principal curvatures of cylindrical and non-circular face gear teeth are solved and then load contact calculation formula of speed integration gear is deduced by Hertz contact theory to obtain the change rule of contact stress at tooth contact center,in addition,the influence of the assembly error on the contact stress is also analyzed.Kinematics simulation analysis is made to verify the feasibility of the transmission of speed integration gear by UG.Speed integration gear and experimental equipment are designed and processed,and then gear pair rolling experiment is conducted.The correctness of the theoretical analysis of the contact area of the speed integration gear are verified by comparing the experimental results with the theoretical results. |
