Since the concept of strategic alliance was put forward,its research focuses mostly on the strategic perspective,but there are few studies on the true impact of strategic alliance on corporate financial performance.This article combines related theories with the study of specific cases,tries to enrich the research results for the theoretical community,and provides reference and reference for the strategic alliances of similar companies.The thesis firstly elaborates the theory of strategic alliance and financial performance from a theoretical point of view,summarizes the motivation of the strategic alliance,and also explains the financial performance indicators and the DuPont analysis system adopted in detail,and summarizes the strategic alliance's financial performance.The influencing factors and so on.Then,on the basis of the previous theoretical explanation,an in-depth study of the case of the strategic alliance of the target company was launched.The research object is a traditional enterprise M company belonging to the home appliance industry.The main subject of the case is M and Internet company A.In 2014,a strategic alliance based on the cloud platform of the Internet of Things smart system and big data application was established.In order to reveal the true impact of strategic alliances on corporate financial performance,the text uses a large number of M company financial data to conduct a detailed comparative analysis of the financial performance changes in the three years before and after the alliance,including operational capacity,profitability,solvency and growth capacity.The analysis of the second-level indicators is based on a comprehensive analysis of the DuPont analysis system.In addition to vertical comparisons,a number of comparable companies were also selected for horizontal comparisons to exclude the impact of the industry's overall development trend and reveal the specific financial performance of the alliance for M companies in the short and long term.After analysis,the alliance has various influences on the company's financial indicators.Most of the indicators have improved after the alliance.Some of the indicators have shown a trend of increasing first and then declining.There are also indicators that the short-term decline and fluctuations are large or the role is not obvious.Specifically:(1)In the short term,the alliance will significantly increase its profitability,and its active role in the long term cannot be sustained.(2)In the short-term,the operating capacity has improved,among which the increase in the turnover rate of accounts receivable has been the most obvious.The turnover rate of assets has not changed much,and the performance has been unstable.In the long run,the inventory turnover rate performed the best and there was a rising trend year by year.There was a downward trend in the turnover rate of accounts receivable and the turnover rate of assets.(3)The alliance has a greater impact on the quick ratio in the solvency index,and it has a positive effect in the long-term,but it has a weaker impact on the current ratio in the short term,and it has an increasing trend for a long time.For the long-term solvency of the company,the alliance plays a weak role.(4)The growth ability of the enterprise also has a tendency of rising first and then decreasing.The short-term effect of the alliance on the growth rate of net profit and the growth rate of total assets is significant,but a number of indicators appear to decline sharply in the later period,among which the effect on the scale expansion of total assets.Slightly better than the increase in operating income.In the end,the paper focuses on the operational status of M company's strategic alliance,and combines the factors that influence the performance of financial performance described in the previous section,and summarizes the suggestions for further improving the financial performance of the company in the current situation,including the establishment of a better relationship of trust and communication,and reasonable choices.Conflict resolution methods,etc.,guide enterprises to improve their financial performance and improve the operation and management of strategic alliances.
