With the rapid development of China's power transmission project construction,the various types of construction crane under the HV transmission wire are more and more.And the crane operator knows little about the knowledge of the HV and the safety distance knowledge of the HV transmission wire.Because the high altitude construction crane is too close to the HV transmission wire.The short circuit and tripping accidents of the transmission wire often happen.Some have also caused a large area of power outages,so that the national economy has suffered a serious loss of production,which has brought great impact on people's life and factory's production.So it is necessary to design a crane anti-collision alarming system against HV transmission wire.The system is designed and researched in this paper,which is as follows:Firstly,four kinds of crane anti-collision against HV transmission wire solution is proposed based the research status at home and abroad of the crane anti-collision alarming system against HV transmission wire in this paper.The near electric induction scheme is adopted in this paper by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of them.Secondly,according to the key point of the near electric induction scheme that is the strength and the layout of the power frequency electric field around the HV transmission wire,The Ansoft Maxwell simulation model of the power frequency electric field around the HV transmission wire is built.The influence factors of the HV wire and the crane on the power frequency electric field around the HV transmission wire are analyzed.It is concluded that the electric field which is equal to the distance from the HV transmission wire is approximately equal.And the maximum factor of the influence of the power frequency electric field around the high voltage line is obtained.Thirdly,under the premise of the simulation analysis result of the power frequency electric field around the HV transmission wire,the two algorithms of the crane anti-collision HV transmission wire are studied.That is GPS positioning distance algorithm and inverse simulation charge algorithm.The inverse simulation charge algorithm is used in this paper by comparing and analyzing.Fourthly,Combined with the analysis of Simulation of power frequency electric field around HV transmission wire and the overall design of the system,the hardware and software of the crane anti-collision alarming system against HV transmission wire is designed in this paper.The hardware design include the design of the power frequency electric field sensor,50 Hz frequency selective circuit design,pre-amplification circuit design,PGA circuit design,GPS module circuit design,wireless communication module circuit design and acousto-optic alarm circuit module design.The software design include the main program design,ADC sampling design,software design of the algorithm for the crane anti-collision the HV transmission wire,wireless communication module and acousto-optic alarm module software design.Finally,the electric field standard model was set up.The parameters of the system calibration and the environmental factors of the correction of the electric field,the field simulation test the complete function of the system.The system parameters are calibrated,and the Environmental factors to the electric field value are modified.The full function of the system is tested empirically.The feasibility of the system is verified.And the characteristic of the system is strong practicability,low price,easy to install and so on.
