In the traditional shafing alignment method,the position of the stern tube bearing is usually chosen according to the experience value because of the great uncertainty,and the choice of the pivot bearing has an important influence on the alignment of the shafting.In recent years,ship gradually to develop VLCC,ULCC,also due to the need of the practical lubrication,the stern tube bearing of large ships generally use the form of oil lubrication and which will lead to water pollution,so with the development of oil chemical industry also in constant change,caused by the reasons of the accidents happen frequently,and these problems generally appear in thesterntube bearing,the bad quality of shafting alignment is the reason of sterntube bearing wear,so for the lubrication performance of sterntube bearing and study of the impact of shafting alignment is urgently needed.Sterntube bearing of the special characteristics of complexity and a key role in the force determines the the research and analysis of uncertainty variability,it also presents diversity characteristics,therefore has been the difficulty in the analysis of shafting alignment calculation.Foreign classification societies such as DNV/LR/BV has been put forward to make clear a requirement,but no related domestic technical research was found at present,establishment lubrication calculation model and use matlab program to calculate and analyze different affecting factors,sterntube bearing oil film pressure and calculation software development and lubricating performance of shaft system alignment effect research based on finite element method of whirling vibration of shafting.Based on the fact that,in this paper,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Hydrodynamic lubrication research of sterntube bearing: according to the design,manufacturing and other characteristics of sterntude bearing,combined with existing research results,determined journal bearing oil film pressure calculation boundary,and to calculate,determine the correctness of the method and the program;(2)Study of the factors influencing the lubrication performance of the sterntube bearing: the effect of inquiry journal misalignment,bearing structure parameters(including radius clearance,width diameter ratio and eccentricity),lubricating oil(viscosity of the lube oil),shaft speed,etc.on the lubrication performance,and the preparation of MATLAB procedures were calculated,and the calculated results are summarized;(3)Shafting alignment caculation included in sterntube bearing lubrication characteristics: to introduce the common research methods,considering the different method is included in the theoretical basis and the difficulty in programming realization,optimization of related software,and is verified by the example in the shafting alignment;(4)The development of the software for calculation which included in the sterntube bearing lubrication characteristics influence: by using the engineering calculation simulation software MATLAB2013 b mix with visual programming software Visual Basic 6.0 programming,to development sterntube bearing oil film pressure calculation software,based on finite element parameters of design language(APDL)and Visual Basic 6.0 to development whirling vibration of shafting calculation software,makes the complex calculations easy,report output easily,to more general form of presentation and give proposals for the revision of the specification.
