The vehicle driving wandering is a common phenomenon,but if there be a large amount of driving wandering in excess of the prescribed safety value,then need the driver adjust the automobile driving direction frequently,in order to keep the straight line of the vehicle driving route.This kind of condition is easy to cause the driver’s fatigue,increase the risk of traffic accidents,and pose serious threat on driving stability and safety.Although manufacturers pay more attention to control the vehicle driving wandering,the error of production and assembly process is difficult to avoid,lead to some vehicles have driving wandering phenomenon,so testing the vehicle driving wandering off the production line is particularly important.In order to modify the performance of Fiber Bragg Grating sensing vehicle driving wandering test system,in-depth study for the problems is needed,then can make a more accurate and intelligent test system.Studied the hardware structure and software architecture of the Fiber Bragg Grating sensing vehicle driving wandering test system;in view of the main factors influencing performance of the system: the performance of optical sensor demodulator,the scheme of sensor array,the scheme of guide area,and the structure of sensor components,made deep analysis and designed improvement scheme.Verified the improvement effect by simulation analysis.Through theoretical analysis,it is concluded the test precision calculation formula of sensor array,and indicated that the precision is cm-level.Through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the improved vehicle positioning arithmetic can decrease test error when the edge of wheel fails to trigger.Analyzed the force of vehicle when driving,concluded the tangential and normal force calculation formula between front driving wheel and ground;according to the principle of statics,used finite element simulation technology,analyzed the structure strength of the pressure plate under a variety of model test,concluded that the designed structure satisfies test requirement;used the coupled dynamics theory,simulated the process of passing point,analyzed the movement form of sensor component under the condition of multiple loading,verified the impact resistant ability of sensor components meet the requirement of timeliness when the scanning frequency of system is 10 Hz.Innovated adopted the different density sensor array,increased vibration feedback for guide area,and designed the reciprocating sensor components with the function of limiting displacement to overcome technical problem of testing at the low scanning frequency.The modified technical schemes solve the problem of hardware performance deficiency,and improve the stability,validity,accuracy and economy of system performance indicators,increase the application value of test system.
