Pneumatic technology is widely used in various fields of industrial automation.Pneumatic components are the basis for the development and applications of pneumatic technology,and flow characteristics are important technical indicators for pneumatic components.It has an important significance to the found of pneumatic control system and improve our aerodynamic technology for solving the flow characteristics of pneumatic components accurately.Pneumatic circuit splice(hereinafter referred to as the pipe joints)is a pneumatic component which is the most commonly used in pneumatic system.We mainly studied the pipe joints in this research,which is supported by an international cooperation project.This search is based on flow characteristics theory and the international standard ISO 6358 test method.We deduced the computational formula of pipe joints sonic conductance and developed an equivalent program and human-computer interaction interface,which is verified by the theoretical research and simulation analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of flow characteristics of pipe joint with different structures and sizes,establishes the mathematical model of flow characteristics;basic equations of flow characteristic parameters,to establish a relationship between the pipe connection structure parameters and flow characteristic parameters,the theoretical analysis of gas flow characteristics of pipe joint.(2)Based on the physical model of pipe joint.Using ICEM CFD to divide mesh for the established three-dimensional model.Reference test environment set boundary conditions.Leading the divided model into FLUENT to simulation.Verify the correctness of the model and simulation through the comparison of the theoretical analysis and the simulation results.(3)Based on the international standard test method ISO 6358 and Chinese standard GB/T14513-93,design flow characteristics of pipe joint test system,develop on hardware system and software system,the experimental results and the theoretical analysis and simulation were compared to determine the feasibility test methods and analyze the reasons of data errors.(4)Based on the theoretical analysis of the flow characteristics calculation formula by using the numerical method,the flow characteristics of the pipe connection fitting simple calculation;the pipe joint flow characteristics equivalent to straight round pipe flow characteristics,the use of Labview platform development equivalent program and man-machine interface,realize the pipe joint sonic Engineering Oriented Analysis and equivalent conductance.The research work of this paper derived a mathematical model of flow characteristics of pipe joint;research the pipe connection flow characteristics of FLUENT simulation,and verify the correctness of the mathematical model;the test system was designed based on different test standard test,verify the accuracy and practicability of the fitting formula,for pipe joint of the basic theory of the research provides a reference.The research methods have theoretical significance and engineering application value to study flow characteristics of pneumatic components. |
