Research On The Halo Effect Of Rail Transit Passenger Satisfaction

Urban rail transit depends on its outstanding advantages in transportation quality and quantity as well as the economic,energy and other,large and medium-sized cities around the world are the development of rail transportation as the main way to solve the worsening urban traffic problems.With the forming of urban rail transit network,rail transit share rate increase,further increase the density of passenger flow,increasing traffic the gradually become the artery of urban passenger traffic.Passenger rail traffic pressure in the face of social responsibility and more and more,the urgency to improve the city rail transit service quality and passenger satisfaction is more prominent.The passenger satisfaction of rail transit service quality and other factors of subjective feeling,perception of the passenger rail service is affected by various factors,customer satisfaction is the establishment of experience in the whole process of car,feel the object is objective,and the conclusion is subjective.Therefore,we propose the hypothesis that the halo effect exists in affecting rail transit passenger satisfaction.This thesis is expected to verify the existence of halo effect in passenger rail traffic satisfaction,internal relations more in-depth understanding of each evaluation index and the overall satisfaction,and provide a theoretical basis for rail transit passenger satisfaction improved.Firstly,by using the differences between resident and non resident population in rail transit,grouping comparison and demonstration and overall impression halo effect in non resident population in the presence of possibility;by constructing a structural equation model.Analysis contribution of each sub index of overall satisfaction degree to verify until significant dimension of the halo effect existence.In addition,this paper also put forward overall impression halo effect and salient dimension halo effect role in people’s understanding of things in different periods.Moreover,this paper attempts to analyze the intensity of halo effect.First,halo effect intensity of are defined,by constructing a Bayesian network by each evaluation index to improve the effect of prediction.According to the calculation results of the halo effect strength classification.The halo effect strength and each index satisfaction construct importance matrix analysis and improvement suggestions are put forward on rail transportation satisfaction improved.This study complements the vacancy of halo effect research in the field of rail transportation and verify the rail transit passenger satisfaction in the halo effect existence and transitivity,expand the scope of application of the halo effect and on the strength of the halo effect were exploratory research,adding abundant and rich customer satisfaction theory and a halo effect theory,rail transport services for the further development and improvement suggestions are put forward.
