High-voltage circuit breaker is an important electrical equipment switch in the power system,which mainly protects the normal operation of the power system.In the event of failure will cause a major accident,resulting in great losses.The working condition of the circuit breaker is mainly reflected by its motion state,and it is of great significance for its maintenance.Based on the principle of non-contact detection technology,this thesis studies and designs the measurement system according to the motion characteristics of the circuit breaker,improves and designs the functional algorithm,builds the measurement system and makes the prototype,and completes the actual measurement of the different kinds of circuit breakers in the industrial environment.This thesis first completes the overall design of the measurement system.The measurement system is mainly composed of imaging system based on line CMOS camera and electric adjustable lens,and image processing system based on DSP + FPGA.For the measurement needs of the system,complete the required system selection for each system.Secondly,according to the laboratory environment and the actual industrial environment differences,summed up the defects of the existing measurement system in the actual industrial environment.In order to satisfy the complex environment in the background environment,the field of view is limited by the mechanical structure of the actual industrial environment can be measured,this thesis based on the existing functional algorithms,improved the zoom,focusing algorithm,and designed the aperture control algorithm,anti-environmental interference and the multi-stripe compensation algorithm is used to test the function algorithm in the industrial environment to verify the accuracy of algorithms.Finally,the measurement system is built and the prototype is made to complete the measurement experiment of different kinds of circuit breakers in the industrial environment.Through a plenty of experimental results,it is shown that the functional algorithm of re-improvement and design can combine the measurement system to complete the motion of the circuit breaker in the industrial environment Detection,the resulting results meet the system design requirements.In addition,the experimental results obtained from the measurement system are compared with the actual results,and analyzes the reason of the error in the actual measuring environment.
