As the key component for the wind turbine to obtain wind energy,and in the actual opeproportionn process,blade is affected by a variety of load forces and is extremely complex.Its structural performance and stability is the most important factors influencing the normal opeproportionn of the wind turbine,and reasonable combination of layer parameters will help improve its performance.For this reason,the paper mainly studies the regularity and sensitivity of the influence of layer parameters on blade performance,and gets the optimal combination of layer parameters.The main tasks of the paper as follows:The paper expounds the basic theory of composite fiber laminates ? sensitivity analysis?quadratic regression universal rotation combination design and structure of the blade,a finite element analysis model of the blade was established,and the research content and technical route of the paper were determined.The ply angle and biaxial cloth thickness proportion were used as the independent variable,simultaneously blade strength index(Tsai-Wu failure factor)and stiffness index(maximum displacement)were used as the dependent variables,the single factor effect and sensitivity of layer parameters on blade performance was studied.According to actual project,the test plan for the ply angle,biaxial cloth ply thickness proportion,ply layup was determined,and the static strength and stiffness of the blade were analyzed;Using univariate quadratic polynomial regression analysis the pavement angles were established,the mathematical model between the ply angle,biaxial cloth ply thickness the proportion and the blade static and static stiffness was established respectively,the significance of the regression equation was tested by using variance analysis;The effects of the three-axial cloth layers quantity and the relative position of the tri/biaxial cloth on blade performance were compared and analyzed,and the preferred value of the ply parameters was obtained.Based on the principle of single-factor sensitivity analysis,the sensitivity function,sensitivity size and the sensitivity effect of ply angle and biaxial cloth thickness proportion on blade performance were obtained.Based on above,the multi-factor coupling effects and sensitivity of the layer parameters on blade performance were explored.Based on the quadratic regression universal rotation combination design method the experimental scheme was designed,and the significant regression model of Tsai-Wu failure factor and maximum displacement with respect to layup parameters was constructed by combining variance analysis,the effect of coupling between different layup parameters and layup parameters on the performance of the blade was obtained.The influence sensitivity of different ply parameters on blade performance was obtained by the absolute value comparison method and range method.Examples showed that the blade performance was improved after optimization,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The research results of the paper provide a reference for the design and optimization of the structural plies for large composite fiber wind turbine blades.
