Along with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards,to meet people's demand,various kinds of vehicles are also updating.As one of most important vehicles,the development and application of automobile is also the attention which people are paying to.With the increasing quantity of automobile,parking a car is becoming an significant problem.How to scientifically design a parking lot and increase the capacity of the garage,will not only offer better service to car owners and also improve utilization of land and corresponding resources,so save more on social and economic cost.Based on the above background,this paper uses the PROFIBUS-DP field bus communication network,and uses CPU315-2DP as the main station of the system,the touch screen,the output input unit and the frequency converter as the slave station of the communication network,and designs a set of PLC stereo garage control system based on the touch screen.The system uses the touch screen as the platform for information interaction,and can update the status information of the garage in time.Under the control of the car owner,the speed of the lift is controlled by the frequency converter.The input and output device ET200 M of the garage can send the collected garage state signals to CPU during the system working process,and realize a certain state monitoring purpose.In this paper,the configuration of the hardware network of PLC system is written by STEP7 programming software.The parameters of bus and DP master slave station are set up,mainly the station address of the equipment,communication protocol and so on.At the same time,the frequency converter and the PLC communication program are also designed.The touch-screen program is designed through WinCC flexible software platform.According to the study of info above,this article realized a design and research on basic structure and control system of three dimension garage,which built a hardware platform and designed a software system for the laboratory physical debugging has achieved the expected goal.
