In recent years,under the concept of "Cloud Computing and Internet of Things",network information,automatic detection,intelligent monitoring and highway engineering field related technology has made a full and rapid development,providing favorable conditions for building a multi-level,intelligent and modern highway construction quality supervision system.How to make full use of advanced rapid detection device and network information technology,combing with existing road construction safety warning mechanism,to establish a systematic and intelligent approach to promote administration change the traditional regulatory model upgrade,improve the quality and safety supervision level,has become a problem that needed to be solved by the highway engineering administration.The paper discusses the production of asphalt pavement construction,transportation,paving,compaction and other key aspects.Combined with the philosophy and techniques of "Cloud Computing and Internet of Things",the research was conducted by use of asphalt mixing plant production data acquisition technology,real-time streaming push system and asphalt compactor "Cloud rolling" intelligent control system to address the gathering and production of key parameters segregation judgment and grind warning.Using non-destructive testing techniques PQI to measure pavement compaction and temperature sensor to acquisit real-time pavement temperature plotted temperature map,to solve difficult low temperature pavement area compaction problems At the same time,real-time collection of data for asphalt pavement provides a new real-time monitoring tools,giving owners of units for construction management a way to improve the compaction of asphalt pavement construction level.Ensuring construction quality asphalt pavement,extending asphalt pavement life,reducing the phenomenon of the early damage of asphalt pavement,and finally reducing repair times and improve the overall efficiency of highway operations.
