The earthquake-resistant design method in China,at present still stays in the first generation,without adopting the idea of full probability to evaluate the seismic risk of structures,and considering the uncertainty in the structure safety assessment.Therefore,from the perspective of full probability to evaluate China’s current building structure seismic performance,will provide the code for seismic design of full probability based preparation and lay a good foundation for the application in practical engineering.In addition,the construction structure designed by the existing structural specifications will also have the risk of collapse in the event of a major earthquake.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out risk assessment and earthquake relief in accordance with the existing construction engineering structure.Based on the reinforced concrete frame structure as the research object,by software simulation method and probability analytic function as the research method,probability of reinforced concrete frame structure seismic vulnerability analysis and risk probability of reinforced concrete frame structure seismic damage evaluation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1)according to the current relevant structural specifications in China,9 reinforced concrete frame structure models with different heights and different intensities are designed,and the rationality of the structural model of reinforced concrete frame designed in this paper is verified.2)based on the actual earthquake records,the response to the intensity of earthquake ground motion parameters and structure parameters from two aspects of the effectiveness and robustness of the probability evaluation,on the basis of the probability of the ground motion parameter evaluation method is established.3)for the structure in a state of the collapse,the overall damage control principle is put forward from random Pushover curve defined on the partial damage of the upper limit value of structure in the limit state of collapse,and the collapse capacity for structure is evaluated probablistically.At the same time,stochastic Incremental Dynamic Analysis(IDA)method is used to analyze the structural probability collapse of the structure when the structure is in collapse and obtain the collapse vulnerability curve of the structure.4)it is proved that the probability seismic vulnerability function based on the ground vibration strength and the probability seismic vulnerability function based on the structure displacement are consistent.The probability seismic vulnerability curve of the model structure is obtained by using the probabilistic seismic vulnerability analytic function based on the structure displacement.At the same time,based on the concept of "safety margin ratio under the action of the model structure in different earthquake levels of slight damage resistance,resistance to medium damage ability,ability to resist damage and collapse resistance evaluation and analysis.5)on the basis of the structural displacement probability seismic vulnerability of analytic function,USES the classic form of power,demand for probabilistic seismic risk analytical function and probability seismic damage risk analytical function are deduced.The analytic function is used to analyze the probability seismic risk of model structure and compare the difference between seismic demand and seismic risk in different limit states.
