Abstract/Summary:
In the practice of project management,construction schedule management,which relates to economic benefits of project directly,is one of the core indices for project management.In order to study the impact of various factors such as construction management level,material supply and other factors on the progress of highway project construction projects.Fully predict the uncertainty of construction schedule.And accurately assess the risk of progress and develop a more accurate construction plan.And the dynamic control of progress during the construction of highway projects.Therefore,it is necessary to study the uncertainty control model and schedule control model.In this paper,probabilistic analysis is used to study the probability distribution of uncertainties,and a prediction model of the construction period is constructed.A schedule control model during the construction process is constructed,and an integrated progress forecasting system based on BIM technology is studied which improved the level of forecasting and evaluation of construction process,and the level of predictive analysis of overall construction progress.The main contents of this article are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the current status of the use of BIM technology in project schedule management,and summarizes the methods for determining the construction period.Then it analyzes the types of influencing factors that affect the schedule of the project during the construction process,and discussed the probability analysis of the impact factors.Secondly,this paper studies the forecasting model of the duration.Based on various uncertainties,the artificial neural network is used to predict the duration of the project,and the influence function of the single influencing factor on the duration is established to analyze the influencing factors on the duration of the effect degree,and adopting the probabilistic method to calculate the probability of delay in construction operations,and through engineering examples to verify the actual project value of the project prediction model.Then,considering the randomness of the progress in the actual construction process,the actual construction progress will not necessarily continue in accordance with the plan.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the construction schedule according to the actual situation during the construction process to ensure that the project meets the requirements of all participants.Based on the management and application of BIM software during the progress period,this paper carries out secondary development of BIM software,and designs and compiles application software to dynamically update and predict the construction schedule.According to the relationship between the duration,quality and cost,a utility function was established to evaluate the current construction period status and determine whether it meets the requirements.If the requirements are not met,relevant measures need to be taken to adjust the progress.Finally,this paper combines the management method of BIM technology in project progress,discusses the integrated application of BIM model and duration forecasting model,and realizes the effective control of construction schedule by combining with BIM technology platform.
