Due to the high-density traffic and overload operation of the modern transportation industry,the early destruction of the concrete bridge deck pavement of hollow slab bridges is widespread.This not only affects people's comfort during driving,but also causes severe cracking of the hinges,exacerbates the occurrence of hinge joints in the hollow slab bridges,and greatly weakens the overall lateral stiffness of the bridges,resulting in reduced safety in the use of bridges and frequent traffic accidents.How to reasonably design the structural form of the deck pavement of the hollow slab bridge and maximize the stiffness of the transverse slab bridge will be a problem that cannot be ignored in the construction of a modern hollow slab bridge.Based on this,the Luohe Highway Administration of Henan Province commissioned the Huazhong University of Science and Technology to conduct a project study on the reinforcement mechanism and reinforcement effect of hollow slab bridges.As one of the subprojects of this subject,the effect of the parameters of the pavement of the concrete bridge deck on the stiffness of the hollow slab bridge is discussed and analyzed.The results can provide reference for the bridge design and construction.Three parameters such as the thickness of the pavement layer,the elastic modulus of the concrete and the reinforcement ratio of the pavement layer were selected as the analysis objects.Firstly,through the hollow slab bridge static load test,the influence of the above parameters on the mechanical properties of the hollow slab bridge is discussed respectively,and the variation law of the lateral stiffness of the bridge is analyzed by using the lateral distribution uniformity factor of the load as the evaluation index.Secondly,ANSYS FEM is used to establish and test the corresponding calculation model,and the finite element simulation results are compared with the experimental measurement results.The differences between the measured values and the simulated values of the lateral stiffness of the hollow slab bridges with different parameters were analyzed to further verify the correctness of the test results.The results show that the increase of pavement thickness,concrete elastic modulus,and reinforcement ratio can all increase the stiffness of the transverse bridge in a certain degree.However,if the parameters are too large,the uniformity of the lateral load of the structural load is weakened.Increasing the thickness of the pavement layer has a significant effect on the transverse stiffness of the hollow slab bridge.The change of the elastic modulus and reinforcement ratio of the pavement layer concrete has little effect on it.For the hollow slab bridge in this paper,When the paving thickness is 15~20cm,the concrete strength grade is not lower than the main beam and the double layers laid in the pavement layer,and the mesh spacing is 10 cm,the horizontal distribution of the load of the hollow slab bridge is the best.
