The function ofoil-gas separator is to separate the oil and gas,return the oil to the lubrication system and balance the pressure of the crankcase.The application of oil-gas separator makes great sense of reducing the waste of oil,preventing the mixture from entering the cylinder,controlling the pollution of engine.The performance of separator direct determines the economy,emission and reliability ofengine.A high-efficiency complex oil-gas separator is needed to improve the performance of engine with emission regulations have becoming increasingly restrictive.A complex oil-gas separator was optimized by combining analogue simulation and experiment which efficiency is about 85% and pressure loss is about 1000 Pa.Firstly,the velocity,pressure,turbulence energy,turbulent dissipation rate was researched of cyclone separator's gas-phase by using RNGk-? model,and then DDPM was confirmed to being used for two-phase flow's simulation by contrasting test.Secondly,we found how the structure parameters influence the performance of cyclone separator by using DDPM,and then orthogonal test was designed to optimizing the cyclone separator.Thirdly,filter separator was optimized by researching the influence of fiber diameter,filling rate,media thickness and filtration speed.Finally,relying on the air-blasting test bench,the separation efficiency of the complex oil-gas separator was preliminary tested,and it was found that the oil-gas separator have high separation efficiency in the working conditions between 400 L/min-800 L/min.The experimental results shows that the performance of complex oil-gas separator which designed in this paper has been significantly improved the feasibility of DDPM and orthogonal test was also proved in optimizing the cyclone separator.The separator which designed in this paper is also has the advantages of simple structure,easy to cleaning and maintenance,and low cost.
