Study On The Construction Of Application Effect Evaluation System Of Shijiazhuang Sponge City

Every aspect of urban development can not be separated from water resources as a basic force.Therefore,for the development of urban water resources,to achieve the efficient promotion of the process of urbanization and the convenience of people’s life,to break through the bottleneck of water resources has become the primary problem in the face of the development of the city.While the water shortage is exposed,the problem of urban waterlogging also gives us a wake-up call.Therefore,how to transform rainwater resources into power resources for urban development is a breakthrough point proposed by the sponge city.The rainwater utilization system of sponge city is the core of sponge city construction.Rainwater collection,storage,drainage and utilization become the core project of construction.As a pilot city of sponge City,Shijiazhuang is adhering to the goal of sponge city construction,which is "natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification".While the natural and green resources of rainwater are used to construct the conservation oriented society,the rainwater can be stored in the emergency treatment of the drought season.The sponge city from the proposed to the implementation,and then to the effect evaluation,although the existing assessment standards,but the assessment methods have not been unified,and the area of the assessment object is not well reflected.Therefore,it is very important to build a sponge city evaluation system in Shijiazhuang to improve the sponge city construction in Shijiazhuang.This article takes the first pilot sponge city Shijiazhuang as the main research object,and provides reference for the construction of sponge city evaluation system in various regions.First,based on the basic situation of Shijiazhuang City,the present situation of the rainwater environment in Shijiazhuang is investigated and analyzed in detail.According to the relevant regulations and the existing engineering research,the evaluation system for the sponge city in Shijiazhuang is constructed.Finally,based on the results of comprehensive evaluation,suggestions for future optimization of sponge city construction in Shijiazhuang are put forward.This paper is also of great significance for studying the construction of sponge cities in various regions of China.
