Since the 1980 s,coal-fired power generation has become a very important way to obtain electricity in our country.In the modern power industry,it plays a major role in the development of our industry.Under the background of promoting the new normal development of energy utilization efficiency and ecological civilization construction,higher efficiency of thermal power plants has become an important factor to improve the competitive power market of thermal power enterprises.As a key parameter,the quality flow of coal powder of boilers is not only related to the production quality and economic benefits of power plants,but also closely related to energy saving,environmental protection and safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to use modern technology to collect and test it.This paper takes No.8 coal powder boiler of a coal-fired power plant in our province as the installation test object,chooses the coal powder quality flow detection equipment based on static electricity sensor to collect the traffic data,takes MSP430F149 single chip as the core chip of the data acquisition controller and the digital transmission controller,adopts the modular structure,designs the hardware circuit and software program in the process of collecting,transmitting,storing and sending the coal powder quality flow data in the process.The device overcomes the disadvantages of the single function and independence of the traditional coal flux measuring instrument,and also overcomes the disadvantages of the slow speed,low flexibility and unopenness of the traditional hardware equipment.
