Study On The Construction Control And Protection Scheme Of Shield Tunneling Under Xi’an Subway And Flat Gate Wall

With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,traffic congestion has been criticized by people.So,subway construction is a good medicine to solve traffic jams.However,as China has a long history,Xi’an and other cities are still well preserved with some ancient buildings,ancient city walls and so on.Therefore,the construction of the subway in these cities should pay special attention to the protection of ancient buildings.In this paper,taking Xi’an Metro Line 4 in the arch of ancient city wall as the background,the research of shield tunnel construction on the ground subsidence control standard of the ancient city wall.At the same time,the influence of shield tunneling on the ancient city wall is also studied,and then the ancient city wall is taken protective measures.First of all,through the numerical simulation Calculation of Xi’an Metro Line 4 under-pass the ancient city wall of Ping’an Gate and study of the vertical displacement of wall,and then determine the safety control standards of Shield Construction under through the ancient city walls.According Xi’an Metro Line 4 to under-pass the ancient city wall as the background and using FLAC3 D numerical calculation software.Simulated shield under through the whole process of the ancient city wall and used software extract the stress,deformation and surface settlement of walls under different working conditions through the analysis of the data,the influence of shield construction on the ground wall will be obtained.Secondly,by to simulate the program of has implemented reinforcement measures,and stress deformation and other data as comparison,and then to ensure the safety of shield through technical measures of the ancient city wall.Finally,through the comparison of construction monitoring data and numerical simulation results,verify the correctness of numerical simulation and the feasibility of technical measures.
