Research On Subgrade Settlement Monitoring System For High Speed Railway

The subgrade of high speed railway is an important basic structure of the high-speed railway system.And the settlement of subgrade seriously affects the safety of high-speed rail transportation.Due to the long monitoring lines and high density of monitoring points in high-grade railway settlement monitoring projects,the traditional ways by manual monitoring are ineffective and have large input.But the subgrade settlement monitoring system of high-speed railway can realize remote,automatic and real-time subgrade settlement monitoring to ensure the safe operation of high-speed rail system.In view of the characteristics of high-grade railway subgrade settlement,this paper proposes a subgrade settlement monitoring scheme based on the “relative reference height difference measurement method” and realizes the hardware and software design of the data acquisition module,main control module,data storage module,GPRS wireless transmission module,data processing module and human-computer interaction module,etc,to build a high-speed railway settlement monitoring system.The main work of this paper:This paper studies the measurement principle and implementation method of "relative reference height difference measurement method",and proposes a subgrade settlement monitoring scheme based on the "relative reference height difference measurement method".The hardware design of subgrade settlement monitoring system.Hardware design chooses BYP100 silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor,AD7793 DAQ card,AT89C52 MCU,SIM300 GPRS wireless transmission module as the core components,and completes the design of the data acquisition module,control module,GPRS wireless transmission module,the RS-485 communication module and other parts of the hardware design.And designing the power supply module,data acquisition equipment boxes of the mechanical structure,the electromagnetic shielding device.The software design of subgrade settlement monitoring system.This part realizes the hardware circuit simulation based on Proteus,and completes the design of MCU programming based on Keil and human-computer interaction module based on LabVIEW.At the same time,this paper completes the software design of the GPRS wireless transmission module based on SIM300 module.And completes the design of data acquisition module,main control module,data processing module and database module.
