With the socialism of our country entering a new era and the vigorous development of urban construction,people's desire for a better life makes people have a higher quest for indoor environmental quality.The use of central air-conditioning system in various buildings is more frequent and extensive.The energy consumption problems are also increasingly serious.Chiller is the most important energy consumption equipment of the central air conditioning system.In the actual project,improving the operational performance of the chiller unit already used in existing buildings has become a key issue to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.Based on the actual project energy-saving renovation project of a certain company in Shanghai,this paper carries on the pre-test analysis of the chiller unit system of the company,puts forward the performance optimization method-frequency conversion retrofit,and conducts the second stage test analysis of the retrofit chiller unit system after the inverter retrofit is completed,According to the results of the analysis,the COP of the system is comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of internal factors DCOP and external factors ICOP.The data shows that the energy saving rates of COP,ICOP and DCOP are 24.56%,39.63% and 20.45%.The overall COP value increase shows that the frequency conversion retrofit is successful.The decrease of DCOP value indicates that the overall system COP value increase does not guarantee the internal efficiency improvement.The further improvement of the overall unit operating efficiency is to increase the PLR of the chiller unit.Based on the above,the relationship between system COP and load rate PLR was studied.By using the mathematical statistics method of regression analysis,a COP-PLR model was established and the co-operation of two screw chillers with the same type under three different operation scenarios Operation performance,the optimal operation plan was obtained,the results show that the program can save energy by 5.46% compared with the original operation plan.Based on the COP-PLR model and the scheme comparison method,two universal optimal control models for the joint operation of two screw chillers with the same model are established.Chilled water unit system for frequency conversion transformation and control of load distribution performance optimization,the use of safety systems engineering theory on the operation of chiller safety evaluation and put forward relevant measures.
