The damage of pavement structure will have an impact on transportation safety and economic development,and the sustained effect of vehicle load for a long time is one of the important factors causing damage to pavement structure.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the relationship between vehicle load and pavement structure response.In this paper,the pavement structure is studied from three aspects: load measuring sensor accuracy,the influence of subgrade settlement on the safety of pavement structure and field test.In this paper,the finite element analysis is performed on the whole model of measuring sensor embedded in the pavement structure under the action of the vehicle load.The calculation model includes four different pavement structures and four different sensor materials,a total of eight models.The finite element analysis of the eight model can obtained.The closer the elastic modulus of the sensor material is to the road surface material,the higher the accuracy of the data collected by the sensor;the higher the degree of integration of the buried sensor pavement structure and the road surface,the higher the accuracy of the sensor test.Based on two different vehicle loading methods and five different subgrade states,a total of ten finite element models were calculated to study the effect of road subsidence on the safety of the pavement structure,and to provide reference for the installation of road structure safety monitoring sensors.The analysis of the cloud surface and data from the surface of the road surface shows that the lower the settlement position,the higher the surface structure safety of the pavement,and for every 1m of the settlement position,the surface deformation of the pavement structure will change by about 5%.Acquire the road vibration signals of different types of vehicles passing through the test points,and through comparative analysis of a large number of field test data and on-site video data,it is shown that vehicle mass,vehicle speed,vehicle distance test sensor distance,and vehicle interaction have a greater impact on the field test results.The conclusions drawn from the above three aspects of research can provide reference for the design of the material and size of the sensor.On the other hand,it can provide a reference for the location of the settlement monitoring sensor.At the same time,the collected field data can also provide relevant data for future research on measurement sensors.
