Hydraulic pipeline is an important energy and material delivery channel in hydraulic system.With the development of industrial modernization,good performance of hydraulic system is more demanding than ever before,and the reliability and stability of hydraulic pipeline are put forward higher request.Because of the existence of hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system and the connection between the hydraulic pipeline and the structure,the hydraulic pipeline will be stimulated by the pulsating excitation from the pump source and the foundation of the structure.When the excitation frequency approaches the modal frequency of the hydraulic pipeline,resonance of the pipeline happens.At this time,there will be a large relative displacement between the pipe and the pipe connector,and the stress will occur at the connecting part.In the long time,the cracks and fracture will occur in the hydraulic pipeline.Therefore,the research on vibration control technology of hydraulic pipeline is of great significance in engineering practices.The existing vibration control technology of hydraulic pipeline mainly includes passive control and active control method.Passive control method has the advantages of clear vibration damping mechanism,simple structure and no energy input,But its control frequency range is narrow.The effect is good for high frequency damping,while it's poor for low frequency control,and the control parameters can not change with the excitation environment.Active control method has better control effect for low frequency,but it has limited effect on high-frequency control.Therefore,in this paper,the vibration characteristics of the pipeline are analyzed for the hydraulic pipeline system,and the research on the vibration control of the pipeline system is carried out by the active constrained layer damping technology.The main research results are as follows:1)Based on the structural characteristics and load characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline system,the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline system are analyzed by the method of theoretical calculation and experiment.The vibration response of the pipeline system is analyzed on identification of the damping of the pipeline system and characterizing the pulsation excitation.The comparison between theoretical calculation and experiment,it is verified that the established hydraulic pipeline model has high precision.2)According to the vibration behavior and the stress distribution characteristics of the pipeline system,an active constraint layer damping method is applied to the vibration control of the hydraulic pipeline and a design method of the active constraint layer damping pipe structure based on the stress distribution.The structure change and the driving force transmission characteristics are analyzed under the simple harmonic voltage load..Through the numerical calculation of the vibration control of the active constrained layer damping pipeline under different voltages,the effectiveness of the proposed method of active constrained layer damping and the active constrained layer damping structure design for vibration control is verified,and the influence of the control parameters and structural parameters on the vibration control effect is analyzed.3)The vibration control platform of the active constrained layer damping is set up,the voltage negative feedback control software and the vibration monitoring software are developed.The vibration control effect of the active constrained layer damping pipeline is verified by the experiment,and the influence of the parameters and the control parameters of the active constrained layer damping pipeline on the damping effect is analyzed.The results show that the active constrained layer damping method has good damping effect on the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline.Under the given external excitation,in order to obtain better vibration control effect,it is useful to increase the coverage area of the active restraint layer damping structure,to improve the amplitude of the control voltage and to optimize the pasting position of the damping structure of the active constrained layer.Through the research of this paper,the effectiveness of the active constrained layer damping technology for the vibration control of the pipeline system is verified,and the influence rules of the damping structure parameters and control parameters of the active constraint layer on the damping effect are analyzed.This paper can provide theoretical and technical references for active vibration control analysis of piping system.
