Study On The Design Strategy Of Leisure Manor In The Background Of Rural Industrial Upgrading

Recent years,with China's rural and agricultural development entered a new era,leisure agriculture is a kind of feature tourism,agricultural industrialization which gradually rising at the situation that people in the high-tech,fast pace of modern life want to close to nature.With the resources of characteristic villages and towns,agricultural production,,creating a big industry for farmers to get rich,and provide urban residents with natural leisure products and services with closing to nature.With its unique commercial activities of ecological agriculture,experience of agriculture,cultivation of agriculture and other new forms of agriculture,leisure agriculture manor is slowly infiltrating and influencing the life of modern people.However,in the rapid development of leisure agriculture farm there are problems such as lack of agricultural support and professional management,single-function,the characteristic is not prominent,which seriously affected the sustainable development of the farm.On the one hand,this thesis through studies a large number of related research results of leisure farms,including the relationship between rural industrial upgrading and leisure agriculture as theoretical viewpoint.On the other hand,through the actual case study and questionnaire survey,expected to summarize nowadays in this leisure farms problem and experience in rural industrial upgrading,industrial pattern,planning layout,architectural space.On this basis,exploring the design strategy which could help leisure agriculture farm for sustainable development,also take the proposed design strategy applied to the actual project of Shangri-La new village leisure farm.Finally,in the background of rural industrial upgrading,summarizing the design strategy of leisure agriculture manor,expecting to be a reference for the sustainable development of the leisure farm.
