The ramming and stabilization vehicle is extremely important for the repair and maintenance of the ballasted track railway.The tamping device is an important part of the tamping and stabilizing vehicle.The consolidation of the compactness of the ballast is the main link.Domestically,a large amount of research has been conducted on the introduction of various kinds of tamping machines.However,some key technologies need to be further studied to lift the technical blockade,find ways to solve key technical problems,independently research and develop tamping device technologies with proprietary intellectual property rights,and study the related design theory and key component technologies of tamping devices meaningful.This paper takes the 08-32 type tamping device as the object,analyzes and studies the kinematics and dynamics problems of the tamping device and the key components.Firstly,based on the kinematics theory of mechanics,the analytical model of the motion of the tamping device is established;then the coordinate system is established by the analytical method,and the kinematics model and the kinematics theory analysis of the kinematics analytical model of the tamping device are obtained.The movement characteristics of the inner and outer palpebral metacarpals of the tamping device provide the basis for the study of the compaction effect of the ballast.Secondly,using multibody dynamics theory to establish a complete machine dynamics model of tamping device,kinematics analysis of tamping device,in particular,detailed analysis and study of the key bearing sets on the eccentric shaft of the tamping device,the classification of bearing sets,Structure and load were analyzed and studied.A complete dynamic model of the tamping device bearing group was established,and the contact between the internal components of the tamping device bearings and the movement characteristics of the components were simulated and analyzed.Finally,a tamping device operating condition model was established to simulate and analyze the dynamics and status of the bearing assembly under various operating conditions in the bearing assembly.It was concluded that the components in the bearing assembly were unloaded and varied.The law of motion and force under working co nditions,and the effect of loading conditions on the contact state of bearing elements.
