Research On Financial Risk Management And Countermeasures Of YG Company

The research of enterprise financial risk management is of great significance to the development of Chinese enterprises,especially the small and medium-sized enterprises.Studying the financial management of SMEs under the perspective of risk management is of great significance to the steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is of valuable practical significance for the further development and reform of SMEs in our country.This article is divided into five parts,mainly based on the theory of financial risk management,through qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,literature research and empirical research methods;YG enterprises in the financial risk management and many other issues exist to study through understanding Risk,risk assessment,risk control and three-step to better reduce or solve the financial risk;for enterprise financial risk management related system model developed to maximize the value of the enterprise to the general direction of the more efficient use of financial risk management.In specific business,to explore and put forward practical measures to strengthen the financial management system,improve business performance and ensure long-term sustainable development.
