| Over the past 20 years,developed countries in terms of wind energy development and utilization of the astonishing achievements,wind power become one of the world’s fastest growing energy,wind power has become the indispensable important strength to solve the problem of the world’s energy.With the increasing number of wind power units put into operation,the reliability research,fault analysis and fault diagnosis of the third industry of power generation will become the new growth point of the industry.This paper takes wind power unit equipment as the research object,From the analysis on the reliability of wind turbines,according to the structure and working principle of wind turbines on the subsystem,and focuses on the fault analysis method and its application of the wind turbines,FMEA,FMECA method is applied to the wind turbines on the failure analysis of each system.The fault modes,fault causes and fault effects of all fault subsystems and units are given and analyzed,and corresponding treatment measures are given.Then,the severity,probability,severity and failure rate of each fault subsystem are calculated and given.Finally,the failure probability density and failure distribution function of wind power unit are calculated,and the overall reliability of wind turbine is determined.The existing fault diagnosis methods and based on the model of fault diagnosis methods are reviewed,this paper introduces the common method of deterministic system to generate residuals,the uncertainty of the system robust method to generate residuals.A mathematical model based on the state space equation of wind turbine generator,transmission system and converter is established.For easily affected by the outside noise is analyzed.studying institutions of the actual situation of design as a residual generator by using kalman filter,the residual signal to minimize the variance of residual value and get the malfunction. |
