With the development of industry,the demand for thin-walled alloy products in various fields are increasing.Especially automobile industry,getting more and more lightweight.A large amount of magnesium alloy,especially aluminum alloy,can replace steel.That magnesium alloy widely used in the key parts of the car shell,hub,cylinder head,cylinder block.Low-pressure casting technology has great advantages for the production of parts and components.Compared with metal casting and die casting,the low-pressure casting doesn't need feed risers,has high metal material utilization,low production costs and has great quality.Therefore,low-pressure casting technology has very important significance in energy saving and consumption reduction in industry and improving the quality of castings.Currently,Four-column low-pressure casting machine used by enterprises has many problems in structure and control system.After research and analysis,we integrated the control system of the low pressure cantilever casting machine.The control system uses Siemens S7-200 SMART as the main control core and use Kingview Software as a PC development tool.The configuration of the production process of the low pressure cantilever casting machine can basicily realize the automatic remote monitoring and control of the low pressure cantilever casting machine.Also can effectively increase production efficiency and reduce labor input.The study aims at the four servo motors in low pressure cantilever casting machines,and combines the two high-speed pulse outputs(PTO)from the PLC and three extended EM253 positioning modules.Realized the precise control of the movement of the casting machine on the three axes x,y,z.Then we establish a mathematical model of the corresponding air control and analyze the liquid surface pressurization system of the low pressure casting machine.Then,advanced control theory and computer simulation which can combine fuzzy PID control with Siemens PLC advanced programming.Using Simulink in Matlab to simulate and analyze the intelligent algorithm can effectively improve the control precision of the low pressure casting liquid surface pressurization system.The study of the subject has certain theoretical and research significance for automated production and system integration of low pressure cantilever casting machines.
