In recent years,the process of urbanization has accelerated with the rapid development of China's economy.The viaducts as an important part of urban construction play an increasingly important role in people's traffic and urban landscaping.With the rise of elevated bridge,more and more bridge diseases have become increasingly prominent.In the field of bridge engineering,double-column vase-style piers,as one of the commonly used pier columns of urban viaducts,have the advantages of slim beauty,which has been widely used at home and abroad in recent years.However,due to its complex structure,the design calculation is difficult.After a period of time,cracks are often found in the tie beam.The cracks will not only damage the bearing capacity of the piers,but also adversely affect the urban landscape construction.In this thesis,the cracking problem of double-column vase-style pier of a viaduct in a city viaduct is taken as the research object,and several reinforcement techniques commonly used in the bridge pier are studied and discussed.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the results of domestic and foreign scholars and relevant specifications,the causes of cracks in the double-column vase-type pier are analyzed.On this basis,the bearing capacities of the double-column vase-type pier are checked according to the standard.The results show that the reason for the crack is that the reinforcing bar on the top of the beam is not enough.(2)The finite element model of the double-column vase-type pier is established and the parametric analysis is carried out to reveal the influence of the structural parameters such as the beam height,the beam thickness,the length of the beam and the height of the pier on the development trend of the double-column vase-type pier.(3)Some common bridge reinforcement methods are introduced based on the mechanical properties of double-column vase-type pier,the maintenance and reinforcement conditions and the required construction techniques.In view of the disease problems of the double-column vase-type pier under the actual engineering background,it is recommended to adopt the strengthening scheme of increasing the cross section and adding four prestressed tendons.(4)Based on the crack problem on the top of the beam in the double-column vase-type pier under the actual engineering background,the reinforcement construction scheme and key points are given in this thesis.Moreover,the stress state of the steel anchor box,the anchor screw and the weld under the effect of external prestress are satisfied to meet the design requirements,which reveals that the reinforcement scheme is reasonable and reliable.
