| Asphalt mixture is one of the most commonly used materials in road engineering,and its road performance is determined by three factors,namely,raw materials,gradation and compaction(distribution).These factors are complex,difficult to quantify,and interact with each other.At the same time,the limited means of test and the difficulty of data monitoring make it difficult to further promote the development of the research of asphalt mixture.In view of this,this paper,based on road engineering,CT technology,image processing and intelligent recognition technology,discrete element method and mechanics theory,presents a digital simulation scheme of asphalt mixture,which simulates the asphalt mixture test and its whole loading process,which provides an important analysis and research method for asphalt mixture.At present,there are two difficult problems in the study of asphalt mixture.First,the components and their distribution in mixtures.Second,the problem of mixture testing and testing methods is limited.The digital simulation technology of asphalt mixture can provide a solution for these two problems.In the study,based on the advanced CT layer technology,image intelligent recognition technology,discrete element method,mechanics theory,and with the help of PFC3 D,Matlab,Avizo,C++,QT and other commercial software,a set of automatic,high efficiency and high precision digital simulation of mixture is proposed.Finally,based on the test of AASHTO indoor test,it has been tested.Certificate.In this paper,based on the CT technology and image technology,an intelligent algorithm for identifying aggregate,slurry and pore in the mixture is proposed,and the asphalt mixture is digitalized completely and the database of asphalt mixture is established.Secondly,for the testing and testing of the mixture,the asphalt mixture is simulated on the basis of the digital reconstruction of mixture,the discrete element method,the mechanics theory and the C++ technology.Specifically,in order to realize high precision and high efficiency mixture simulation,a new simulation scheme of asphalt mixture is proposed.Based on road engineering,mechanics theory and numerical method,a stdburgers model is developed for asphalt mortar in the road field,which is used to simulate the rheological and failure behavior of the asphalt mortar.In addition,the simulation scheme of asphalt mixture,compared with the current scheme,not only greatly improves the accuracy of the model,but also improves the efficiency by 8~10 times,which lays a foundation for the systematic and large-scale simulation test.Finally,combined with AASHTO dynamic modulus test and three axis test,the rationality of the mixture simulation model is verified.The digital simulation of asphalt mixture means that the stress and strain information and the geometric characteristics of the mixture is been in the grasp of at any time.In addition,this means the thorough digitization of asphalt mixture,and a 2T hard disk will be able to store more than 1000 bituminous mixtures,and which not only contain information in the past and present,but also can be used more and more for the future performance testing.It can be said that compared to the real,disposable,and hard to store indoor specimens,the digital test parts of asphalt mixture also have an irreplaceable advantage and great development prospects. |
