At present,the problem of urban traffic in our country is becoming more and more prominent.Looking at the domestic and international urban development experience,giving priority to the development of public transportation is the fundamental way to solve the urban traffic problems.The fundamental to improving the attractiveness of public transport is to improve the level of public transport services.The bus passenger flow OD matrix is the realization of bus passengers getting on and off the vehicle data visualization.It is the basic data for the bus route planning and bus schedule.The accurate bus passenger flow OD information can make the public bus network layout and bus resource allocation more reasonable and effective.Raising the rate of public transport on time is of great significance to improving the service level of public transport.The popularization and popularization of public transport IC card systems has enabled IC card data to have features such as high collection rate,high reliability,and large data volume.The OD information mining based on IC card data is currently the hot research direction,but due to the lack of high performance.With the support of advanced computing capabilities,it is difficult to meet the requirements of deep excavation and rapid processing for the mining of mass transit data.In recent years,with the advent of the era of big data,complementary cloud computing technologies have attracted attention.The Generation of an objective OD matrix of bus passenger flow requires deep mining of a large amount of historical data.Whether in data storage,data analysis or data mining,cloud computing has advantages over traditional stand-alone forms.This paper relies on cloud computing platform,based on public transportation IC card and bus operation GPS data,constructs the OD matrix of bus passenger flow,and realizes the in-depth excavation and application of basic public transport data.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of cloud computing technologies in China and abroad and the study of OD acquisition methods for bus traffic passengers.It summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of existing research,and analyzes the processing feasibility of IC card data and GPS data through cloud computing technology to obtain the bus passenger OD matrix.After introducing the cloud computing platform infrastructure,the necessity of cloud computing technology applied to the intelligent transportation field and the cloud demand of the dynamic bus passenger flow OD matrix construction system are analyzed,and the basic framework of the dynamic cloud passenger flow OD matrix acquisition system is constructed by this.Using the open source implementation of Google cloud computing technology—Hadoop,as the experimental platform of this article,based on public transportation IC card data and GPS positioning data,the OD matrix of bus passenger flow is deduced。According to the bus IC card swiping data and GPS positioning data,the judgment of the passenger and bus travel center is the core and key content of this research.Based on the concept of deep data mining,this article makes judgments on bus passengers’ information of getting on and off at the bus station.When getting on the train station information,it gets the vehicle arrival time through GPS positioning data and then matches the time of the passengers’ card swiping time.Passenger boarding site information;When getting off the site information,through historical data mining,tracking passenger bus travel rules,namely the passenger bus travel chain identification to get off the site;non-travel chain data transfer identification,access The passengers get off the transfer station information;at the end,the remaining data is judged by the departure station distance distribution and the station heat model,and the passengers’ individual bus travel information base is obtained after the deep excavation,that is,the personal station trip probability distribution data.Based on the passenger personal bus travel information base,the OD matrix information of the bus passenger flow can be obtained based on the historical data.After accessing the real-time bus basic data,the real-time dynamic bus passenger flow OD matrix can also be constructed.Finally,based on the research method proposed in this paper,based on the bus IC card data and bus operation GPS data,the passenger OD derivation of multiple bus lines in Ningbo was conducted,and the passenger OD matrix obtained through comparison and the passenger flow OD matrix obtained from the ticketing method were measured.Based on the verification of the algorithm and based on the basic bus transport data and passenger flow OD data,the dynamic characteristics of Ningbo residents’ public transport trips were analyzed.
