Construction elevator is used as equipment for construction and transportation.Their wide range of uses involves many areas of infrastructure construction.With the industrial transformation and upgrading of Construction elevator companies,from high-speed development to high-quality development,the requirements for technological innovation are getting higher and higher.As the main body of the construction elevator,the rail guide frame has a large volume,a variety of structural types,a high degree of repeated modeling in the design and relies on the designer's experience and knowledge.The use of traditional CAD technology can not achieve the design experience of knowledge inheritance and management,and the design cycle is long.In view of the above problems,based on KBE(Knowledge-Based Engineering)technology,this paper studies and develops the rapid design system of the guide rail frame for construction elevator based on KBE which implement knowledge-driven design of the guide rail frame for construction elevator,and achieve the goal of effectively accumulating knowledge of design experience,improving design efficiency,and shortening the development cycle.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Studied the theory of KBE system and the key technologies.The appropriate knowledge acquisition method,knowledge representation method and knowledge reasoning method are selected.They are applied to the rapid design system of the guide rail frame for construction elevator and provide theoretical basis and technical support for it.2.Analyzed the structural composition and working principle of the construction elevator,and focused on the design knowledge of the guide rail frame for construction elevator,including geometric parameters,physical properties,mechanical properties and stability etc,which provides a knowledge base for the development of a rapid design system for the guide rail frame for construction elevator.3.Study the structure and framework of the knowledge base and establish the method,and give the data transfer path of the knowledge base,set up the knowledge base management system,and realize the dynamic expansion of the design knowledge base of the guide rail frame for construction elevator.4.Analyzed requirements of the design system,design the system framework and implement the process design.Using NX8.0 software as a platform and KF language as a development tool,the parts of guide rail frame for construction elevator and the overall design system interface were completed,which implement the knowledge-driven rapid design of the guide rail frame for construction elevator.It is proved that the rapid design system of the guide rail frame for construction elevator based on KBE achieved through the example operation achieves the accumulation of experience in the design of rail guides and the rapid establishment of models,which greatly improves the design efficiency of construction elevator,it has good engineering application value and reality significance.
