In the current research of the solar tracking technology,it is necessary to use different photoelectric sensors respectively for large-scale tracking and accurate tracking.The dual sensors are complex to switch,and the tracking range is small,and the tracking accuracy is low.In the case of complex weather conditions,misjudgments tend to occur,which can easily cause instability in the control system.It is necessary to design a new solar tracking sensor and follow-up light control method to solve the defect of the dual sensor design,effectively improve the precision of the sensor to track the sun and improve the stability and light-seeking efficiency of the control system.Aiming at the problem of low tracking accuracy and small tracking range of conventional photoelectric sensors,an optoelectronic solar tracking sensor scheme based on the shading plate and the principle of four-image limiting is proposed,the horizontal and vertical directions of 90° are achieved by the same solar tracking sensor.The sensor tracking accuracy is 0.01 °.The function of the solar tracking control system was analyzed.The STM32F103VCT6 was used as the main control chip,the solar tracking sensor was the light intensity data acquisition device,the DC geared motor was the implementing agency of the tracking system,and the EE-SX670 photoelectric switch was the limiting mechanism.A solar tracking control system and its auxiliary circuits were designed.The system has the ability to determine the position of the sun,solar tracking,and limit functions.The system function test has been verified.The results show that the system function is stable and can operate normally.The performance of the sensor was tested under different light intensity conditions.The results show that the sensor meets the design requirements and can accurately determine the position of the sun.The function of solar tracking control software system was analyzed.The solar tracking sensor communication module,motor drive,module and limit module were designed.For the control system data acquisition and work status monitoring needs,the host computer software and serial communication protocol were designed.For the problem of large-scale tracking and accurate tracking caused by dual sensor design,the problem of instability of the tracking control system is caused by switching,and a solar tracking control strategy based on incremental PID is proposed.The light tracking system of the solar tracking system under different weather conditions shows that the sensor can work stably and can achieve a wide range of precise light tracking,and the light tracking system can operate stably under complex weather conditions.
