Road construction is very important for national economic development.Inefficient construction seriously restricts the development of putting road up.The multi-function paver with large width and thickness can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional paver,of which the thickness is not enough and the working device is relatively simple.It can overcome the segregation of the overlaps of the multi paver parallel operation,improve the operation efficiency and improve the quality of the project.The performance of paver driving control system has a direct impact on construction efficiency and engineering quality.In this paper,the driving control system of the multi-function paver with large width and thickness is studied.It is designed to develop a highly integrated and excellent paver driving control system.It is of practical significance to improve the construction efficiency and quality of the large width and large thickness paver.In this paper,the research background and development status of the paver and its driving control system at home and abroad are analyzed.The key and difficult points of the study of the paver control system are summarized,and the main direction of the study is determined.Based on the design requirements and functional characteristics of the multi-function paver with large width and thickness,the mutual conversion mode of various working modes,such as driving,starting and stopping and steering,on the four track paver is studied.The driving and turning control algorithm of the large width and large thickness multifunction paver is put forward and the driving of the multi-function paver with large width and thickness is improved.Control the precision of the system.According to the design requirements of the driving control system of the large width and large thickness multifunction paver and the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the four crawler engineering machinery,the overall control scheme of the control system is formulated,and the DSP product TMS320F28335 of TI company is selected as the core processor of the control system.Based on the current industrial control system technology,hardware structure of the paver control system is selected and built.The important modules are as follows: DSP minimum system,external power supply,motor speed measuring circuit,analog and digital input circuit,regulating pump and motor displacement circuit,liquid crystal display and circuit and serial communication.Circuit and so on.Around the hardware circuit function,the paver software module was programmed in CCS3.3 and debugged by simulator.Finally,according to the operation mode of the multi-function paver with large width and thickness,the speed closed loop is the key point of control,the fuzzy adaptive algorithm is selected as the "paving" control algorithm for the paver,and the fuzzy self-adaptive controller is studied and designed according to the actual working condition and working environment of the paver.The structure and selection parameters of the hydraulic drive system are carefully studied,and the mathematical model of the driving control system of the paver is set up in MATLAB,and the simulation analysis of the speed characteristic of the paver is carried out by using the fuzzy adaptive controller.The simulation results show that it is necessary to adopt the fuzzy adaptive control and the traditional PID combination strategy in the driving control system of large width and large thickness multifunction paver.
