In recent years,the comprehensive development and utilization of hydropower and energy resources in China have been improved continuously.The large scale giant hydropower stations in the basin and the cross basin have been built in succession.At the same time,with the gradual increase of the proportion of wind power to the grid,the wind power resources also play a more and more important role in the modern power system,the mutual aid of water and fire wind and the great power of the national interconnection.The grid Bureau has been preliminarily formed.The current hydropower system includes regional power grid,national power grid,provincial power grid,basin centralized control center and cascade hydropower stations.The scheduling information of each main body is multi source,the scheduling target is different,and the connection relationship between hydropower energy system and different power grid is increasingly complex.It is necessary to consider the influence of various factors such as the characteristics of complementary energy and the security and stability of the power grid,and balance the different demand of multiple power supply areas.The existing traditional single power plant and single grid power supply optimization scheduling model is no longer applicable to the problem of optimal allocation of hydropower load in the new situation.It is urgent to seek new theories,models,methods and technical means to carry out research.Therefore,considering the influence of wind power on the power output of hydropower and the complementary characteristics of both the two in season and technology,this paper takes central China power grid as the research area,and establishes an optimal allocation model of the hydropower load allocated to a number of provincial power grids in a large state transfer power station in the balance region,and introduces the harmonic search.The algorithm is solved.The optimization scheme of residual load considering wind power is obtained.Finally,an optimal allocation system for hydropower load is designed and developed.The main work and results are as follows:(1)Around the central China power grid,the main body of hydropower dispatching,the main scheduling information is multi source,the scheduling objectives are different,the wind power and hydropower operation constraints are taken into consideration,the peak regulation benefit and the power generation benefit of the hydropower station are brought into play,and the single station and multi grid load optimal allocation model is set up with the goal of the minimum mean variance of the power grid.The harmonic search algorithm is used to solve the model.The initial solution is randomly generated in the harmonic memory library HMS,and the harmonic variables are adjusted by the fine tuning bandwidth BW,and the unfeasible solution is repaired by the load proportion distribution method.The case study of central China regional power grid shows that the harmonic search algorithm can effectively deal with the complex constraints of the single station and multi network scheduling and the convergence speed is faster.(2)Considering the variation of the load distribution proportion of wind power in single station and multi network,the residual load added at each time period can be supplemented,and the optimization method of residual load increment is proposed.The case study of central China power grid shows that the incremental optimization method considering the residual load of wind power can effectively reduce the water consumption and discarding wind,which is beneficial to improve the power generation efficiency of central China Power Grid and realize the goal of economic dispatch.(3)The B/S system for optimal distribution of hydropower load in Central China power grid is designed and completed.According to the example of the optimal allocation model of hydropower load in Central China power grid,based on the reliability and stability of the central China power grid power generation system,the scale of the application software is deeply analyzed.The object model of the system software is put forward with the object-oriented software development method,and the system software architecture and the hardware topology structure are studied.The IntelliJ Idea system development tool is used to build the optimal allocation of B/S system for hydropower load distribution in Central China Power Grid with a variety of frontiers frame as the core,and the single station and multi network scheduling and the basic information management module of central China regional power grid are realized.
