With the development of China's economy and the intensification of urbanization process,subway construction also develops rapidly in recent years.However,the construction of subways often characters with difficult technologies,complex construction environment,which often leads to safety accidents.Therefore,it is important to apply timely and effective safety risk management.In the face of a large number of safety management contents of subway construction,the traditional safety risk management methods are unable to meet the needs of the work due to the lack of detailed risk identification and effective risk control measures.Thus an accurate and efficient safety risk management method is urgently needed.In this thesis,a Cyber-Physical System is introduced into subway construction risk management to achieve better risk management.Firstly,the shortcomings and limitations of existing safety risk management methods for subway construction and the advantages of information physics system are expounded in this paper.According to the application of CPS in electric power,transportation,logistics and other industries,the feasibility of its usage in safety risk management of subway construction are analyzed.Next,the end user requirements of constructing the safety risk management system of subway station construction based on CPS are determined according to the literature reviewing and experts interviewing.And according to the characteristics of CPS,the requirements of the system are determined.Then,the five-layer structure of the construction safety risk management system of subway station engineering based on CPS is designed and put forward,the functions of each level and the key technology of realizing CPS are analyzed and demonstrated.Finally,taking the common steel support in subway station construction as an example,the system structure,development environment,working principle and process of steel support safety risk management under CPS framework are described in detail to prove the feasibility and value of this paper.This paper introduces CPS into the safety risk management of subway station construction,aiming at real-time perception,automatic calculation and dynamic control of the safety risk during the construction of the subway project.The whole process of safety risk management can be networked,intelligentized and coordinated,and the countermeasures can be made in advance to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
