As a common load-carrying member,the hoisting wire rope directly affects the safety of people and property,and it is required to carry out non-destructive testing in real-time to eliminate potential safety hazards.The existing yoke-type magnetic flux leakage detection probe has large magnetic attraction force,heavy structure,and strong impact inertial damage to the steel wire rope under complex working conditions,and is usually used for off-line(non-line)detection.Therefore,there are many challenges in the online magnetic flux leakage detection of steel wire ropes,such as excessive magnetic repulsion and strong inertial damage,and technical gaps in real on-line detection.It is reasonable to design magnetic flux leakage detection devices for in-service steel wire ropes,and to develop magnetic flux leakage detection methods and technologies.Significance.Firstly,an open-loop permanent magnetization and open-loop electromagnetic magnetization leakage flux detection method is presented for the operating characteristics of an in-service wire rope with no end-cap and high-speed shimmy.A simulation comparison model between two open-loop magnetization methods and conventional yoke magnetization methods was established.These two types of open-loop magnetization methods have the advantages of uniform magnetization of the wire rope to be inspected,good detection signal,and small magnetic interaction force,and are suitable for high speed wire ropes.Run an online test.Secondly,based on ANSYS simulation and optimization analysis of open-loop permanent magnetization and open-loop electromagnetic magnetization,the influence of two different excitation method magnetization process parameters changes on the magnetization status and defect leakage magnetic field of the wire rope is obtained,and the structural eccentricity is obtained.The magnetization effect,the defect signal and the magnetic force influence law,obtained two kinds of excitation way magnetizer magnetization effect is good,the detection signal is reliable,the magnetic interaction force is small and so on the conclusion,demonstrates its feasibility,reveals the magnetic flux leakage of the broken wire rope Detect the correlation between output and probe structure and complex conditions,and optimize probe structure parameters.Finally,based on the above two open-loop magnetization probe optimization programs,combined with the actual operation characteristics of the steel wire rope,an open-loop electromagnetic magnetization magnetic flux leakage detection probe and an open-loop permanent magnetic flux leakage magnetic flux detection probe are designed and manufactured,and a corresponding wire rope rotation test device is also designed.Tests were conducted and the test results showed that the optimized probe has good in-service wire rope detection performance.
