In recent years,organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has obtain a lot of breakthroughs and excellent results in solar cells,LED and photodetector and other fields.Especially in the field of solar cells,perovskite materials have the advantages of proper bandgap,high absorption coefficient,long carrier lifetime and carrier diffusion length,etc.The battery efficiency prepared from this material is rapidly raised to more than 21% from the beginning of 3.4 %,much higher than dye-sensitized solar cells and has reached the level of efficiency of commercial silicon cells.In addition,perovskite solar cells are simple to prepare,can be prepared by solution method,low cost and can be used Flexible substrate,which is considered to be one of the varieties that could replace silicon solar cells in the future.Although the perovskite solar cells in the efficiency of a major breakthrough,but people for their working mechanism has not a systematic explanation,especially in the carrier transmission there are many controversial places.In the future,the efficiency of perovskite solar cells will become more and more difficult,and stability and other issues continue to be resolved,only to fully understand the working mechanism of perovskite solar cells can be targeted to solve all the problems encountered,and to further improve efficiency.In this paper,the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells are used as the research object,and the transient absorption spectra are used to analyze the attenuation of the transient absorption signal to obtain the characteristics of carrier transport.From the perspective of carrier transport,Titanium oxide batteries in some of the phenomena to explain,and proposed a new model to explain the carrier in the perovskite in the transmission process.In addition,this paper also proposed two new test systems: Transient Photovoltage /Photocurrent System for Perovskite Solar Cell and Semiconductor Photoinduced Absorption System,the use of these two systems,you can more fully access to perovskite solar cells and provides a new basis for the verification of the carrier model in perovskite solar cells.
