At present,the subway construction in our country is in the stage of rapid development.During this period,the rail transport flat car used for subway shield construction is more and more essential.However,at the current level,the traction rail flat car in China is just in front of the motor by providing a single power,traction motor and high power,resulting in high energy consumption,high cost and so on a rail flat car model is necessary.In this paper,a distributed power system is designed to drive the flat panel vehicle.According to the running condition of the flat car,the traction force,the traction power and the type of the traction motor are calculated.The control part designs the hardware control circuit of the main controller and the on-board controller and completes the software programming,selection of STM32 for Microcontrollers,the communication between main controller and on-board controller is realized by using CAN bus,the driving part designs the appropriate main circuit of the motor driver in accordance with the requirements,and realizes the distributed power system control.Then the simulation software of MATAB is used to complete the simulation of the main circuit of the motor driver.Finally,the hall sensor,PWM output waveform and CAN communication protocol are tested.The design of distributed power system reduce the use of large power motor shield driven flat vehicles,improve the transportation efficiency of shield truck,increase the organization flexibility,reduce energy consumption,so that the performance of the whole system have been optimized.
