Research On Construction Quality Control In The Project Management Process Of KAPSARC Project

KAPSARC project is Saudi Aramco owned curtain wall project.As the curtain wall standard adopts ASTM,The Shenyang Aluminium Company has never such experience.It is highly uncertain if the final acceptance would be passed or not.And because of special domestic conditions of Saudi,state personnel organization related restrictions and requirements,the difficulty ofquality control and project management has been increased.Taking the petroleum center project as an example,this paper has carried out the research work of the construction quality control in the process of the project management.Firstly,by introducing the basic situation,construction organization and construction management system of the KAPSARC project,the influence of personnel,equipment,materials,construction technology and organization management on the construction quality is analyzed.By adopting experts rating method,the main influencing factor has been identified.Secondly,based on the theory of project management system,this paper puts forward the corresponding construction quality control plan from three aspects of personnel disposition,quality inspection and construction quality control.This article creates a module to optimize the quality control under restraining conditions of cost and schedule.Thirdly,this article advanced guarantee measures for the relative control method.For personal aspects,measures including enhancing training,quality control acknowledgement has been advanced..For construction control aspects,measures including fining/bonus,punch list has been advanced.For quality inspection control,measures including enhancing inspector training has been advanced.
