Aeroengine is the core of an aircraft,and it is an important power plant.Its health is directly related to the safety of aircraft.Aero engines are complex in structure and often run in harsh environmental conditions.In the development of aero engine and the actual production and application,the vibration problem will bring lots of trouble,such as the vibration problem caused by the unbalanced mass,which is a great trouble for the development of the aero engine.Therefore,it is important to study the characteristics of unbalanced vibration response of aero-engine for its development and application.In this paper,a typical two rotor dynamic model based on three-dimensional solid finite element is established by reasonable simplification,and the aim is to study the rotor unbalanced vibration response charcteristics of a certain aero engine.In the modeling process,the equivalent imposition of the unbalanced load based on the three-dimensional solid finite element rotor model,the equivalent simulation of the mechanical characteristics of the bearing connection and the application of the reasonable boundary conditions are formed.Based on the ANSYS software,the finite element method is used to solve the modal shape,natural frequency,critical speed and unbalanced response.Through the modal analysis of the low pressure single rotor model,the high pressure single rotor model,the Campbell analysis and the harmonic response analysis under the unbalanced excitation at different locations,and the analysis of the harmonic response.The coupled dual rotor model is carried out by modal analysis and Campbell analysis,and the coupling harmonic response analysis of the different positions of the low pressure rotor,the different positions of the high pressure rotor,the different positions of the high pressure rotor,the different positions of the low pressure rotor and the high pressure rotor at the same time are analyzed,and the aeronautical launching is summarized.The response law of unbalance excitation at different positions of the rotor and the coupling effect of the double rotor on the unbalanced response can be used as a reference for the study of the rotor unbalanced vibration response,providing a certain reference value in engineering practice.
