Micro submarine turbine device is the most important part of the submarine Rankine cycle power generation system.Its property and size directly determines the work efficiency and size of power generation system.The main content of this paper is to propose a new method for the design of micro submarine turbine device for the submarine Rankine cycle power generation system.The submarine micro turbine is different from the traditional micro turbine.Firstly,the submarine micro turbine requires a smaller volume and power generation(several tens of Watts);but the volume and power generation of traditional micro turbine is still too large.Secondly,micro submarine turbine device should have pressure and sealing structure.While traditional micro turbine device does not require pressure structure and it cannot be directly used for submarine because its sealing system is not perfectly airtight.Thirdly,simple and compact structure is required for the micro submarine turbine device;while the traditional micro turbine device structure is complex with a large number of auxiliary equipment(pumping gas equipment,gas sealing equipment,etc.)and complex piping layout.Therefore,we need to redesign the micro submarine turbine device according to the actual requirement.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of this research and the current research situation home and abroad.The research and design of the project are based on them.In the second chapter,we firstly made the mathematical model of the Rankine cycle system to get some parameters like system efficiency and so on.Then we make detailed thermodynamic design calculation for each stage of Micro submarine turbine deviceIn the third chapter,we firstly introduces the requirements of the structure of submarine micro turbine device.Secondly we made a detailed structural design for submarine micro turbine device which can meet the requirement of environment.Finally,we introduced some deficiencies which can be improved.In the fourth chapter,we mainly introduced the strength design and finite element analysis of the structure.we made the finite element analysis of impeller,separator,blade and rotor.The design of the structure can meet the strength requirements.In the fifth chapter,we made experiment to test the micro submarine turbine device.The experimental results show that micro submarine turbine device can output higher power and it can adapt to the change of flow and pressure of the input cycle working fluid.In the sixth chapter,we made a summary and prospect of this thesis.We propose the problems and the improvement direction of the design.
