| The character of mobile energy storage of electrical vehicles can participate into the frequency regulation of grid in case of large-scale applications of EVs.In order to effectively aggregate the mobile energy storage of EVs,and realize the interaction between EVs and grid in the power market environment,it is necessary to study the auxiliary frequency regulation strategy of EVs.The establishment of an electric vehicle auxiliary frequency regulation system is the premise of studying the EVs auxiliary frequency regulation strategy.In this paper,by considering effectively aggregate the mobile energy storage of EVs and reduce the dispatch of power grid dispatch center,this paper builds a cluster auxiliary frequency regulation system of EVs of cooperative charging and discharging management and the model of aggregater auxiliary frequency regulation,it shows that the auxiliary frequency regulation of EVs can improve frequency recovery and increase the stability of power system.By analyzing behavior characteristics of private car,bus,car and taxi,and according to the EVs’ driving state,driving demand,battery SOC value and charge and discharge power,this paper studys time characteristic and recognition methods of the frequency regulating status of EVs.This paper proposes a variety of EVs frequency regulating status identification strategies.The frequency regulating capacity of EVs is the basis of participating in frequency regulation market bidding of EVs aggregater.This paper proposes the different kinds of EVs frequency regulating capacity calculation method,and use monte carlo statistics to calculate EVs frequency regulating capacity to obtain spatial and temporal distribution data of EVs frequency regulating capacity.The EVs aggregater develop the strategy of participating into the frequency regulation by considering market rule and revenue in the power market environment.This paper builds a optimization scheduling model with the goal of maximizing the EVs aggregater’s frequency regulating revenue,and simultaneously proposes revenue calculation method of aggregater based on EVs frequency regulating status identification strategies.Finally,this paper takes a EVs in a certain area as an example and forecasts spatial and temporal distribution of EVs frequency regulating status and capacity.And on this basis,the charging and discharging strategies of electric vehicles are optimized to maximize the frequency regulating revenue.By comparing different aggregater’s revenue and analyze the influence of cost of battery loss on aggregater’s revenue,the feasibility and validity of this method is validated. |
