This paper has mainly research on preparation and rheological behavior of the aviation kerosene gel,flow characteristic of supply pipe,rheological behavior of wall slip correction and the internal flow field characteristics of kerosene gel ramjet.According to the special solid-liquid state of gel,appropriate gel agents for gelation aviation kerosene are searched,the gelation mechanism is researched,then inorganic and organic kerosene gels are prepared.The paper has a research on the effect of different mixing methods on the quality of gel,carrys on the centrifugal acceleration experiment of the gel to characterize its physical stability,measures the viscosity and the yield stress of gels to get HBE constitutive equations,measures and characterizes the thixotropy and the resilience,builds the time dependent and temperature dependent constitutive equations.This paper uses Power-Law constitutive model to build two-dimensional/three-dimensional incompressible steady flow solution method,then carry out the numerical study on flow characteristics of kerosene gel in different geometric pipes based on a SIMPLE algorithm.It gets the flow resistance characteristics and rheological behavior of the straight round pipe,the tapered round pipe and the elbow pipe.This paper has a research on the wall slip phenomenon when the high viscosity propellant flows,carrys on the experiments of the pipe rheological properties of the gel propellant and three kinds of simulants,uses PIV method to record the scene,gets the wall slip velocity equations and the coefficients value,obtains the constitutive equations considering the wall slip velocity correction,then performs applicability verification using coefficient of friction resistance.This paper builds two-dimensional axial symmetry geometric model of ramjet combustion chamber and nozzle,uses implicit algorithm based on Fluent platform to solve the compressible turbulence flow including the chemical reaction,thus,carrys on the numerical investigation of combustion characteristic of internal flow field of kerosene gel ramjet.It analyzes numerical result of the specific working conditions,gets the effect of the air-fuel ratio and flameholder size on the flow field,then compares the difference of the injector downstream and upstream spray pattern.
