Automatic balance control can effectively suppress the unbalance vibration of a turboprop engine online,and effectively by preloading an automatic balance head at the end of a propeller rotor,in order to shorten the cycle and reduce the cost of maintenance downtime.In view of the rapid development demand of the turboprop engine in China,it is an important topic to study the electromagnetic balance head which is suitable for high balance ability,light weight and high stability,and the intelligent,simplified and rapid automatic balance control system based on PLC,which is suitable for low and medium speed working state.By optimizing the electromagnetic driving control strategy and improving the internal structure of the electromagnetic balance head,it can improve the cruising efficiency,flight stability and overall reliability of the turboprop engine,reduce the dependence on the imported engine,and meet the demand of the large culvert turboprop engine in the civil and national defense fields of our country.Based on this,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(I)Design and optimization of electromagnetic actuator for turboprop propeller.In view of the structure and working characteristics of the turbojet engine,the electromagnetic balance actuator with fine structure,light quality and stable operation is designed to optimize the structure design,reduce the overall size and quality of the balance head and improve the working stability of the turbojet engine on the basis of satisfying the requirements of self locking force and balancing effect.(2)The design of a turboprop engine simulation test rig.For the propeller rotor of the PT6A type engine,the balance effect of the electromagnetic driven actuator used in the eddy propeller and propeller is simulated.The test bench is set up to prove the application of the electromagnetic balance head on the vibration control of the shaft system of the turboprop engine,because the turbofan and the turbojet engine are compact and have no space at the fan blade.The electromagnetic balance head is installed between the propeller shaft and the propeller shaft of the turboprop engine,so the test rig chooses the shafting of the simulated turboprop engine.(3)research on the method of automatic balance control.During the working process,such as takeoff and landing,the turboprop engine is unstable,and it can be called the unsteady state.Through Matlab programming software,a non steady state automatic balance control method based on Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization(Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization)algorithm and BP neural network are used to consider the nonlinear mapping relation between the adjusting parameters of the balance head and the vibration signal,and the prediction value of the signal is taken as the target function without considering the signal phase.The effective suppression of unbalanced vibration is achieved under steady-state conditions.
