The birth of automobiles has brought convenience to human travel,but also caused environmental damage and energy shortages.In this context,pure electric vehicles have become the development direction of the future automobile because of their advantages such as energy saving and environmental protection.However,the problems such as short mileage and slow charging speed of the pure electric vehicle have not been fully solved,and to some extent,it has impeded the popularity of pure electric vehicles.Therefore,under the existing power battery technology,how to rationally match the parameters of the power system and improve the driving range of the vehicle is the key work of this paper.Specifically,there are several aspects as follows:1)Theoretical study.At first,the driving theory of the pure electric carrier vehicle is analyzed.At the same time,the theoretical research on the power and economy of the whole vehicle is carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the parameter matching of the power system.2)The parameters of the vehicle power system are matched.According to the vehicle parameters and performance indexes of the pure electric carrier vehicle,the parameters of the powertrain system are matched.The peak power,the rated power,the peak speed,the rated speed,the peak torque and the rated torque are calculated according to the requirements of the maximum speed,the acceleration performance and the maximum climbing grade.The nominal voltage and nominal capacity of the power battery are calculated according to the requirement of the driving mileage index.According to the requirements of maximum speed,maximum climbing and adhesion,the speed ratio of transmission system is calculated.At the same time,according to the formula of gear number,the two gear shift mechanism is adopted finally.3)The establishment of the vehicle model and the performance simulation calculation.Based on the CRUISE simulation software,the whole vehicle model is built.The mathematical model of driving motor and power battery is mainly introduced.Then the parameters of each module of the vehicle model are set up,and the maximum climbing slope,maximum speed,acceleration performance and NEDC working condition simulation calculation task are added.The dynamic and economic simulation analysis is carried out to verify whether the parameters of the matching power system meet the design requirements.4)The parameters of the transmission system are optimized.Based on the ISIGHT/CRUISE integrated optimization platform,the transmission parameters of the pure electric carrier vehicle are optimized.On the basis of satisfying the dynamic performance of the vehicle,the best vehicle economy can be achieved as far as possible.5)The sample car was tested and analyzed.Prototype cars were manufactured according to matching power system parameters,and dynamic and economic tests were carried out.The accuracy of the ISIGHT/CRUISE integrated optimization model is verified by comparing the simulation results and the test results,although there is a slight difference,but all of them meet the requirements of various performance indicators.In this paper,the parameters of the power system of the pure electric carrier vehicle are matched and optimized,and the accuracy of the matching optimization results is verified by the sample test,which provides a reference for the future research and development of the type of vehicle.
