| With the wide application of precise tracking guidance,stealth and anti-stealth and other technologies in the military field,The research on the characteristics of target infrared radiation has become the hotspot,Tank,as the one of the most important weapons,the research on the features of infrared has important value of improving the survivability of tank and increasing concealment of operations.In the early research,the simulation of infrared radiance character of the tank was only for studying on thermal dynamic and stable single working condition,which affected the value of infrared characteristic simulation in engineering application.This paper aims at tanks under thermal dynamic conditions and to calculate the characters of infrared radiation under different situations by using the 1-D/3-D co-simulation method,and I did the following study jobs:1.The 1-D heat transfer model in engine compartment.0-D engine fuel combustion model in the working process and friction model in heat transfer set were built in this paper.By using the heat grid method,the temperature of each part in the cooling system,lubricating system and each component was obtained.These results could support the basement of the 1-D/3-D co-simulation model.2.The 3-D heat transfer model of tank under thermal dynamic situation was built.Based on the software FLUENT and the 1-D heat transfer model in engine compartment,the comprehensive 1-D/3-D co-simulation heat transfer model and the related infrared radiance computing model of the tank were built by using the function of UDF.3.The temperature and infrared radiance character of tank’s surface in different thermal dynamic situations were calculated in the paper.The surface temperature field and infrared radiance character in different working conditions and times were compared and analyzed to evaluate the tank’s stealth ability According to the calculation results,in this case,the area where the infrared radiation flux first increases in the tanks is the inlet grid above the cooling water radiator.And the subsequent change the infrared radiation of the toolbox surface near the tank exhaust export.After being generally operated about 80 minutes,the temperature field and infrared characteristics of the entire vehicle no longer substantially change,and the temperature distribution and infrared characteristic distribution tend to be stable. |
