Cavitation phenomenon is liable to appear on the surface of underwater vehicle when it's sailing in high speed,which will cause a huge impact and vibration on the structure of underwater vehicle.Furthermore,it can seriously affect the strength of structure and exceeding water gesture.Researches in recent years found that the most effective way to solve the problem is active ventilation.By forming artificial ventilated cavitation wrapping around the surface of underwater vehicle,the exceeding water gesture of high-speed underwater vehicle can be effectively controlled and the adverse influence causing by natural cavitation is able to be eliminated.Model test method is adopted in this paper to study the flow characteristics of ventilated cavitation on the surface of underwater vehicle.What's more,control method to generate homogeneous ventilated cavitation is invented.This thesis' s main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the disadvantages of water tunnel experiment,a complete set of global experimental design train of thought was created and the general experimental scheme and procedure were designed based on the similarity theory of cavitation flow.A full suit of experimental apparatuses applied to the ventilation experiment carried out under the condition of decompressing were designedinnovatively,which includes decompressing system,ventilation system,motion system and information collection system.Each subsystem of the experiment devices was debugging and improving continually and the experiment devices were manufactured.The processing method of experiment datawas perfected and the advantages of the experiment were summarized.Combined with the concrete demands of this experiment,the overall design thought of experiment models was proposed creatively.Experiment models of circumferential directionventholes,single narrow slit and united ventilation were designed.The specific design and debugging process were introduced in detail.The control method to create homogeneous ventilated cavitation in the form of structural stylewasacquired.What's more,a set of thorough models' design standard of the ventilation experiment on the surface of underwater vehicle was put forward.Ventilation experiments of circumferential directionventholes on the surface of underwater vehicle wereperformed using the designed experiment apparatuses and models.The influences of different ventilation parameters and ventholeparameterson the flowcharacteristics of ventilated cavitation were studied.The proper range of different ventilation parameters was obtained.The control method to create homogeneous ventilated cavitation in the form of ventilation parameters was gained.Experiments of a single narrow slit and combined ventilation under different ventilation parameterswere carried out.The proper range of different ventilation parameters was obtained.The control method to create homogeneous ventilated cavitation in the form of ventilation parameterswas learned.The influence of the ventilation parameters on flowcharacteristics of ventilated cavitation were required.
