Portable missile launch controlling and testing equipment is part of the core components of the series of portable missile testing equipment.It is mainly responsible for missile launch test and record various parameters through the launch at the same time.There are numerous similarities between the working methods and performance of missile launch test equipment and portable missile launchers,which have decades of research experience at home and abroad.Aiming at the performance and key technology of launcher,this paper develops a portable missile launch controlling and testing equipment prototype and testing its strategic performance.The paper introduces the main form and performance of the portable missile launchers both at home and abroad.By comparing with numerous devices,this paper presents the overall scheme of portable missile launch controlling and testing equipment,including the mechanical design,electric control design and cooling air system.The main structure is calculated and analyzed on the basis of the well-established model.The space parallel transmission mechanism gap was modeled and analyzed,and the contact force of the clearance movement pair was introduced into the dynamics model of the transmission mechanism to calculate the mechanism dynamics of the new model.According to the requirements of gap mechanism modeling,the simulation software is used to simulate the mechanism of transmission mechanism with gap.Based on the analysis of various sports indexes of the driven follower,the position of the interspersed kinematic pair with great influence on the movement in the launching mechanism is obtained,and the launching mechanism is improved accordingly.The stability of the portable missile launch control equipment is analysed.Firstly,the base is analyzed,and the deformation of the base under static pressure is obtained through the calculation and analysis.At the same time,simulation software is used to simulate the influence of pressure on the base overturning.Then the column system is analyzed.The bending under static pressure of the column is analyzed by the same method.The simulation software is utilized to verify the overturning of pedestal and column under the static torque.Finally,the response of launching mechanism under launching impact is analyzed.The modalanalysis is firstly carried out.Then the buckling of launching mechanism during impacting is calculated.At the same time,the simulation software is used to verify whether the whole device will overturn under the influence.Conducting a prototype test of portable missile launch control test equipment,including the stability test of the device,the motion test of the launching mechanism and the locking test of the locking device.In the stability verification test,the static control test of the leg,base and column of the hair-control test equipment is carried out.Through the experiment,it is proved that the launch controlling and testing equipment will not be buckled during the stress.And then the motor is used to drive the movement of the launching mechanism to carry out the movement test of the launching mechanism to verify the correctness and accuracy of movement of the launching mechanism.Finally,the locking test of the locking device is carried out,the torque is applied to the device through the dynamometer,the tension value at the time of failure of the locking force is measured,and the correctness of the calculation is verified.
